The Lakewood Lodge is beautifully designed, and very well built. It has central heating and uPVC double glazing making it cosy and comfortable all year round.
The beautiful and contemporarily designed lounge/dining area is furnished with a leather suite, occasional tables a dining suite and feature lighting. There is a large picture window that frames a stunning view and patio doors leading on to an integrated, spacious, covered patio which overlooks the river.
The fitted kitchen includes an integrated washing machine ‘fridge and freezer and the oven and hob has a stainless steel chimney hood.
The master bedroom has a double bed, walk in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with toilet.
The second bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and twin beds. Both rooms have colour co-ordinated soft furnishings.
There is a bathroom with full size bath, w.c. over-bath shower and heated towel rail.
